What do you ship?
All of our products are shippable where mentioned. All digital products are downloadable where mentioned.

When do you ship?
We ship within 2-3 business days for all US based orders. International orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days.

Where do you ship to?
We ship domestically in the US as well as internationally.

How do you ship?
We primarily use USPS. From time to time, we may opt for other shipping companies such as FedEx, USPS, and others where we can ship for less cost.

What are our rates to ship?
We only charge what it costs us to ship to you as we qualify for shipping discounts that we will pass along to you.

How do I track an order that’s been shipped?
We will send you a tracking number via email.

Can I reuse or recycle packing materials?
Absolutely, you can reuse or recycle all the packing materials as we hope you care about our planet, too.

What can I return? 
You can return any product as long as it is in the same condition that you received it in.

When do items need to be returned?
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Where do items need to be returned?
If a physical good, then ship to 2028 E Ben White Blvd Suite 240-67947, Austin TX 78741. If a digital good, please email us this request.

How do I return items?
Email us at hi@shayandivy.com before returning items so we can process this quickly for you.

Do you cover shipping for returns?
You would be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

How do I get credit for returns?
After receiving your item, we will notify you that we have gotten your return and process your credit within 2-3 business days. It may take up to 5-10 business days depending how fast your financial institution works for the credit to show up in your account except for shipping costs as they are non-refundable.
